Key Responsibilities
The Overseas Platform Team is looking for candidates with local experience in various countries (Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, the USA, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam), a deep understanding of local languages and cultures, and experience in commerce and marketing.
• Explore potential overseas markets where D2C business models can be applied, conduct research, prioritize, and develop detailed entry strategies.
• Modify and translate marketing content previously used in the domestic market to suit local markets. Coordinate and manage outsourcing when needed.
• Research trending social media platforms in each market and create or translate content tailored to the characteristics of local users. Occasionally, direct planning may also be involved.
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in D2C business or overseas commerce-related fields.
• Strong understanding of the commerce industry or a keen interest in global market trends.
• High curiosity and adaptability to unfamiliar concepts, with the ability to learn quickly and grow.
• Logical thinking and excellent communication skills (clarity, documentation, and delivery).
• Proficiency in English and the local language of the target country at a business level.
Preferred Qualifications
• More than 2 years of experience in digital marketing (performance marketing, CRM, growth) or related fields (marketing consulting, agencies, media reps, etc.).
• Experience in digital product management and data analysis.

• Employment Negotiation: Discuss and finalize terms of employment.
